That’s what you need to figure out. You need to find a way to make it happen. Regardless of what your circumstances are, find a way. We all have our priorities in life, I think your health should be high up there. I’m not just saying that because I am a trainer, but I am saying that because you’re going to walk around with your body for the rest of your life, so prioritise it to get it running well.
What Is Holding You Back?
If you are not currently doing this, then what is the one thing holding you back? Because if you can identify what that one thing is, then you can isolate it, look at the issue and put a plan in place to remove it. Take action and move forward. Making a decision that you are going to follow through on is not always something you can do in a moment. In my experience it always requires a period of time, thoughts, procrastination may be, and certain experiences in order for you to come to the point of being able to say “I’m going to do this now”. Recognise that during the commitment, things are not always going to be fun, training is not always going to be enjoyable, there will be ups and downs, but if you make that decision, you commit regardless of life circumstances.
Be Resourceful
If you are travelling more because of work and therefore struggle to keep a consistent diet, then find a way, find a way to make it work, figure out a routine that does not break your commitment. If you don’t like exercising in the gym, then find a way to build movement in your life that you prefer. If you can’t afford a gym membership then exercise outdoors or at home, don’t know how? Then search the internet (you can ask me also).
Be resourceful and find a way.
Take care
